The North Star Curriculum

Six weeks that change how kids communicate

An interactive module for 5th graders built around three core practices — each one a navigation skill for real life.

True North

Students learn to align their words with their personal values identifying the gap between what they mean and what they say.

Mapping impact

A hands-on activity that visualizes how one comment travels through a social circle — ripples in a pond, drawn on paper.

Recalibrating

The art of the sincere apology and conflict resolution — practical scripts students actually use in the hallway.

Recalibrating

Trained 5th graders mentor younger students on playground communication — creating a school-wide culture shift.
